The CRM and website upgrade remain complimentary for the duration of an active partnership. CRM access runs while we are partners and ends when the engagement does — your patient and lead data stays yours throughout, and you can export it in full at any time, including on the way out. Early exit before the minimum term makes included one-time work billable at standalone value.
